Privacy Policy

Your trust is the whole business. This explains what we collect, why, and the control you have — in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Who is responsible for your data

FÊTEEKO is the data controller for the information you share with us. FÊTEEKO is operated in Lagos by [registered operating entity], and the platform is provided by MANEO HOUSE LC. For any privacy request, contact hello@feteeko.ng.

2. What we collect

• Your details: name, phone/WhatsApp number, and email address.
• Event details: event type, date, location/area, guest count, services needed, budget range, and any notes you share.
• Conversations: messages you send us, and — if you use our AI voice concierge — a recording and transcript of the call.
• Technical data: basic, non-identifying information about how you use the site.

3. Call recording

Our AI concierge records and transcribes calls so we can capture your request accurately and follow up. By continuing a call with the concierge, you consent to that recording. If you would prefer not to be recorded, you can use the website form or WhatsApp instead.

4. How we use it

• To respond to you, qualify your request, and prepare a proposal.
• To source and coordinate vetted vendors and deliver your event.
• To follow up, provide support, and keep you updated (including by WhatsApp).
• To improve our service and keep proper booking records.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We rely on your consent and on the need to take steps to provide the service you requested.

5. Who we share it with

• Vendors — only what a vendor needs to deliver your event, and only after you have booked. Your identity is withheld from vendors until a deposit secures the job.
• Service providers that help us operate (for example, secure hosting and communication tools), under confidentiality.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We never sell your data, and we don't share it for third-party advertising.

6. Where it's stored & security

Your information is kept in our secure CRM and processing tools. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. Some providers may process data outside Nigeria; where that happens we take steps to keep your data protected to a comparable standard.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see your rights below).

8. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• access the information we hold about you;
• correct anything inaccurate;
• delete your data, or restrict how we use it;
• object to a particular use; and
• withdraw consent at any time (including to call recording).

Email hello@feteeko.ng and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

9. Cookies & analytics

We use only what's needed to run the site and understand basic, aggregate usage. We don't use invasive tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Children

Our services are intended for adults (18+) planning events. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy; the current version is always the one published here, with the date shown above.
