These terms govern your use of FÊTEEKO and the services we provide. By submitting a request, speaking with our concierge, or booking through us, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
FÊTEEKO ("FÊTEEKO", "we", "us") is a managed event concierge operating in Lagos, Nigeria. We help you plan and book an event by sourcing and coordinating vetted vendors on your behalf. FÊTEEKO is operated in Lagos by [registered operating entity]; the FÊTEEKO brand and technology platform are owned by MANEO HOUSE LC and used under licence. You can reach us at hello@feteeko.ng.
2. What we do
You describe your event once — through our website, our AI concierge, or WhatsApp. We qualify the request, source vetted vendors, and return a single, all-inclusive proposal. If you accept and pay a deposit, we assign and coordinate the vendors and act as your single point of contact through to delivery.
FÊTEEKO is a managed marketplace: we do not own equipment or employ event staff. Vendors are independent businesses we vet and coordinate. There is no fee to receive a proposal — you pay only when you book.
3. Quotes, bookings & payment
- Our proposal is a single all-inclusive price. It is valid for the period stated and may change if your requirements change.
- A booking is secured only when the agreed deposit (typically 30–50%) is received. Nothing is committed to any vendor before your deposit is in.
- The balance is due per the schedule in your proposal (usually before or on the event day).
- All payments are made to FÊTEEKO through the account we provide. Please do not pay vendors directly.
4. Cancellations
If you cancel a confirmed booking:
- 14 or more days before the event — your deposit is refunded, less a reasonable administrative fee.
- 5 to 14 days before — the deposit is forfeited.
- Under 5 days before — the deposit is forfeited and any vendor costs already committed on your behalf remain payable.

5. Our role & standing behind delivery
We vet every vendor and coordinate your event, and we keep a backup vendor ready. If a vetted vendor fails to perform, we will deploy the backup or otherwise make it right at no extra cost to you — see the Dispute & Refund Policy. FÊTEEKO is not itself the vendor, and we are not liable for matters outside our reasonable control (for example, force majeure). Our total liability for any booking will not exceed the fees you paid to FÊTEEKO for that booking.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate event details and let us know promptly if anything changes.
- Provide reasonable access and information the vendors need to deliver.
- Pay deposits and balances on time so your date stays secured.
- Deal with vendors through FÊTEEKO rather than contacting or paying them directly.
7. Vendors: no bypass
Vendors introduced through FÊTEEKO are coordinated and paid through us. Attempting to move a FÊTEEKO-introduced booking off-platform to avoid our service is a breach of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
The FÊTEEKO name, logo, site, and platform are owned by MANEO HOUSE LC and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Privacy
How we handle your information — including our AI concierge call recordings — is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your booking.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
